Ellie has a Bachelor's (BSc) degree in Nutrition and Food Science, and is registered with The Association of Nutrition (AfN); an organisation that ensures the nutritionist has received adequate training to give ethical and evidence-based advice.

Ellie truly believes that fitness and good nutrition have a positive impact on every aspect of our lives. It not only improves our physical health and wellbeing, but it also benefits our mental health, confidence, productivity, mood, sleep, energy levels and so much more!
