As an avid cook herself, Ellie takes great pleasure in cooking and creating her own healthy, balanced meals. She enjoys using a range of ingredients and flavours to keep things exciting, eating well does not have to be boring! She does however, understand why others find it hard to prepare homemade meals and often reach for more convenient options, as life sometimes gets in the way!
