Whether you are looking to improve body composition, gain strength in the gym or even complete a triathlon (!), Reed Nutrition & Fitness offers strategic tools and techniques to help you achieve your specific fitness goals.

1:1 Coaching 

With 1:1 Coaching, everything is tailored to you, your lifestyle, experience and goals. After a comprehensive consultation, we will work together to establish what you want to achieve and the best plan of action to get you there. Working directly with Ellie will provide you with the education, support and accountability that you need.

All 1:1 coaching includes:

  • 1:1 gym based coaching sessions (This is now outside or online due to current covid restrictions).

  • Personalised training programme. Reviewed and updated every 4 weeks.

  • Nutritional support and guidance

  • Progress tracking – training performance and body composition 

  • Regular check-ins and round the clock support.

  • Direct communication with me via text, phone and email.

Group Coaching

(Please note that currently, group coaching is not permitted under COVID-19 rules.  2:1 coaching CAN go ahead as long as it is two people from the same household).

If you want all of the elements of 1:1 coaching but prefer training with a friend or in a group and at a reduced cost, then group coaching is a great option for you! Training with others is fun and can bring about another level of accountability, motivation and support. 

All group coaching includes:

  • Semi-private/group coaching sessions (Max 4 people)

  • Personalised training programme. Reviewed and updated every 4 weeks.

  • Nutritional support and guidance

  • Progress tracking – training performance and body composition

  • Regular check-ins and round the clock support.

  • Direct communication with me via text, phone and email.
